I’ve been working on a mystery series for girls ages 10 to 13 for a long time. I’m finally going to publish it via my indie publishing company. Growing up, I was a fan of the “girl detectives” Trixie Belden and Nancy Drew as well as of the Enid Blyton books. However, the characters were from the U.S. or U.K. My stories are based in Canada and the main character is Katie Sackville-Brunswick. Her last name stems from the fact that I started writing the book while I was living in Sackville, New Brunswick.
